Christmas was....

here. And now it's gone. :(

It's over so fast. Now we are looking forward to the New Year.....2009. Can you believe it?

We will be traveling to my parents for the first part of next week. I'm excited. Didn't think we were gonna get to go. But if the weather is right, we will leave Sunday and come back Wednesday.

The kids have once again had a great day playing the wii. We all have! We just need to get some new games.

And again....I need to upload some pix. uh.

Christmas Day....

It has been a beautiful day....well in the house anyways, I haven't really been outside today! We have been playing and sleeping all day. The kids are loving the new Wii (thanks Santy, as grant calls him :) ) and Grant's just loving that everyone is home to entertain him today.

Shawn is off tomorrow too so that is exciting. I hope we can do something fun. Don't know what that would be though.

Grant got some "melmo" aka Elmo house shoes and he just LOVES them! He wore them ALL day. I really need to post some pix, but they need to be downloaded to the puter first. Tomorrow.

I am headed to bed I think. The girls are still running wild, just now taking showers. Maybe if I go to bed, they will go too. ha.

whoa nelly it's Christmas Eve and my kids are CRAZY. The later it gets the crazier they get. The girls are so ready for Santa, they have even called him on the phone today (he was in China and told them to get to bed early and be good and listen to their momma and......well ya know, all the "Santa" stuff). We have very good friends in the "north pole" aka Colorado, that LOVe playing Santa to our kids every year. Shawn even put the number on speed dial in his cell.

So Grant is all over Spiderman right now. He is hilarious! When Spidey (as Grant TRYS to say) is climbing the wall or flying, Grant just SCREAMS! He loves it. Then he just ooo's and aahhh's. I got some on video and if I could figure out how to do it, I would post it. Maybe I wil work on learning how to do that. And maybe I'll look into adding some pics.

For now, I need to be doing something productive, I'm sure.

I can't believe how far behind I let myself get. I have tons of school work, tons of housework (which includes everything from bills to ironing), should be working harder on Avon........I just can't seem to catch up!

So I'm just gonna shoot from the hip here.....why do so many people (and by that I mean those that get angry when others "get in their business") why do they put their BUSINESS out on places like blogs and myspace. I mean come on, don't they realize people read that stuff. That 's what it's there for. Of course they realize it. That's why they put it there. To cause DRAMA. OMG the drama!!!!! I cannot stand it. I love my little boring life! My friends are AWESOME! We like to get together and regroup our lives and not get into that petty drama others thrive on!We are too old and grown up for that!
So to those who love to cause the drama....say you don't like the small town crap.....yet put yourself out there for display.....do things yourself to cause people to talk.....and LOVE all the attention......GROW UP. For heaven's sake...............

Grant is a wild man. Plain and simple. I can't keep up with him! I should be a skinny fool running after him all the time. But I'm not..........ugh.

well that's me today. Fed up with being behind, fed up with ........people. And tired of chasing my 1 year old. I'm tired.
